Return or Exchange an Item
You can replace, exchange, or get credit for an item with in 15 days of receiving. If after 15 days only replace, or exchange.
Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise Matches price
All merchandise price matches will be verified. Please if you have a price match sent E-mail with the store name and phone number and the item description. we will not match clearance items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item to replace or refund.
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Member Services department within 15 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
